Delta Air Lines will start flying between Lisbon and Boston from 23 May 2019 on. On the same date this company will also retake the connection to Ponta Delgada in Azores.
These will be daily flights and Lisbon will be the company’s fifth transatlantic destination for Boston departure flights.
The Lisbon-Boston flights will be coached with Air France / KLM and Alitalia in a Boeing 757-200 aircraft with 199 seats, including 20 seats in Delta Premium Select, 29 in Delta Confort and 150 in economic.
Connections start on May 23 with flights leaving Boston by 21:45 and landing in Lisbon by 9:15 next morning. As for the Lisbon departures, starting May 24, they’ll be scheduled for 10:45, arriving at Boston by 13:15 local time.
On the same date, Delta Air Lines also recovers the connection Ponta Delgada – New York. This new Delta Air Lines connection will keep yelding the number of visitors to Azores, enabling more tourists to discover this Atlantic hidden paradise.
